————————————————————————–
Many thanks once again to our St. Paul Lutheran
family, for that is what we are in Christ, family.
Your prayers, thoughts and cards for Katie,
Scott, Kathy, myself, and our family means more
than words can express. Our grandson, Bennett Samuel, is in Heaven;
we know this with every fiber of our being, praise the Lord!

Congratulations to the volleyball team and their
runner-up finish in the Trinity, Grand Island
Tournament this past Saturday. The day started
with a victory over host Trinity, Grand Island
(25-13, 25-14) and was followed with a win over
Emmanuel/Faith, York (25-23, 25-18). In the championship game,
Grand Island Central Catholic proved to be a tough opponent winning
(23-17, 25-10). The girls are to be commended for their fine play
and sportsmanship. Thank you parents and fans for coming to support the team.

PRAYER MINISTRY
Our Prayer Ministry for the week are David and Billie Flick
and their son, Tex; and Adam and Theresa Fritz and
their family, Carter and Paxton.
Please keep these families and the
rest of our staff especially in your prayers this week.
We keep Amy Bender in our prayers as she had kidney stone
surgery yesterday. We pray that all will go well, and that
Amy will be feeling well soon. If anyone would like to help
with school cleaning this week, please visit with Mr. Brauer.
Thank you.
