Congratulations to the volleyball team, as they
closed out their season at a couple of events in
York. At the Emmanuel/Faith Triangular on
October 5th, they were victorious over St. Joseph, York (25-12, 25-13)
and Emmanuel/Faith (25-9, 17-25, 15-4). At the St. Joseph
Tournament on October 13th, they earned a victory over
Emmanuel/Faith, York (25-13, 25-16) and a hard fought championship
over Christ, Juniata (23-25, 28-26, 15-12). Thank you, ladies, for all
of your hard work during the season. Thank you, also, parents, family,
and fans for all of your support!
Fall Festival is Wednesday, October 21 at 6:00 P.M.
St. Paul staff will be serving hot dogs, chips,
and s-mores; and a maze will be open for all ages.
Please wear non-gruesome costumes. Devotions will
be held at 6:45 followed by trunk or treat. We expect about 125 children,
so please plan accordingly. Mark your calendars, and we hope to see you all there.
Our Prayer Ministry for the week are Chad and
Lana Hoffschneider and their family, Cora, Meg, and Jake;
and Ryan and Kerry Hoffschneider and their family, Luke.
Please keep these families and the
rest of our staff especially in your prayers this week.
