Concordia University has moved the Boys’ and
Girls’ C-Club Basketball tournaments to the same
Saturday, February 14th. Therefore we will have
Sunday, March 1 open for Fun Day! Please mark your calendars and
change the music schedule, because the school children (K-8) will also sing at
worship on Sunday, March 1 instead of March 8th to kick off our celebration of National
Lutheran School’s Week.

The earlier cold weather has caught many of
us off guard. If you have extra or outgrown
coats, snowpants, hats, and gloves at home;
please consider sending them to school. We will keep some back for
school emergencies and send the rest to Nebraska missions that are
in need of jeans, coats, hats, boots, etc. Thank you!
————————————————
Thank you Parents’ Association – we will be sending
$262 to the Living Water Mission in York. This
is 10% of what was raised at this year’s Fall Bazaar.
—————————-
At the Parents’ Association we were informed that
only about 20% of our school families make use of
the SCRIP program. SCRIP offers gift cards to
many local and national merchants at no cost to
you. The merchants give anywhere from 2 to 30%
card’s value back to our school. What a great way to support out school
at no cost to you. Please consider gift cards especially this Christmas shopping season.
Pam Johansen has cards available each Sunday after worship or just give her
a call at 534-5138. Thank you!

PRAYER MINISTRY
Our Prayer Ministry for the week are Rob and Pam Johansen
and their children, Hayden, Devin, Logan, and Peyton; and
Jacob and Martha Johnson and their children, Liam, Levi, and Lucy.
Please keep these
families and the rest of our staff especially
in your prayers this week.
Please also keep Amy Bender in your prayers as she
undergoes surgery today and George Meyers, stepfather
of Rick and Lynette Hans, who is undergoing open
heart surgery today. May the Lord guide the
surgeons’ hands and return them to full
health quickly.
