SCRIP NEWS: Would your kids enjoy NEW playground equipment? The Parents’ Assoc.(which all parents are a part of) and school board are working on a plan for some new equipment to be added to our playground. We can all help earn FREE MONEY to build funds for this project by using more SCRIP.  Right now, the majority of Scrip cards being purchased are by church members who no longer have kids at St. Paul School and only 20% of school families are using Scrip. Think of what we could do if everyone made an effort to use Scrip for their regular shopping!  In the past 5 years, we have given over $5000 in Scrip profits to be used in the classrooms, as charitable donations, and to appreciate our teachers at Christmas time. As you plan your holiday shopping for gifts and groceries, please consider how you can help our SCRIP $$ grow and increase the contribution that can be made to our playground project. Send your orders with payment to your child’s teacher, or email Pam Johansen @ You can also call her with any questions regarding how Scrip works @ 402-534-5138.  Rob Johansen can also be found with the Scrip box for purchasing cards in the narthex every Sunday after church. If you would like to know more about the use of Scrip via your smart phone (no cards to keep track of), check out and Pam will help you get enrolled, and all purchases will still benefit St. Paul School.

Our Prayer Ministry for the week are Ryan and Kerry Hoffschneider
