– Chapel at 8:35 A.M. with Brittany Fulcer. Our monthly mission for January is Orphan Grain Train “Christmas in July”.

THURSDAY, January 23:

D.A.R.E. classes for grades 5 & 6 from 8:30 – 9:15 A.M.

– Girls’ and Boys’ Basketball at home vs. St. Paul, Plymouth. Girls at 4:30 P.M., Boys at 5:30 P.M.

FRIDAY, January 24:

– Donuts for Dads at 8:30 A.M. in the Kindergarten Room.

SATURDAY January 25:

– Boys’ Roundball Tournament at Juniata.

– Seward County Spelling Bee

  • Grades 3 – 4 at 8:45 A.M.
  • Grades 5 – 6 at 10:30 A.M.
  • Grades 7 – 8 at 12:45 P.M.

SUNDAY, January 26:

– Boys’ Roundball Tournament at Juniata

Congratulations to the Girls’ Basketball team and their consolation championship at the Roundball Tournament hosted by Our Redeemer, North Platte this past weekend. Play started with a tough loss Saturday morning to Zion, Pierce (14 – 23), followed by a Saturday afternoon win against Christ, Juniata (16 – 9). Sunday morning brought a victory against Trinity, Madison (27 – 19) for the consolation championship. Congratulations ladies, for your teamwork and sportsmanship! Congratulations also, to the free-throw team and their efforts: Cora Hoofscheider, Kate Luebbe, Averie Stuhr, Dakota Wollenburg, and Riley Ziegler. Thank yous go out to family and fans in making it a fun weekend!

Spell Well” to our participants in the Saturday January 25th Seward County Spelling Bee. Representing St. Paul will be; Braelyn Racette in grades 3 – 4, Annaleese Beermann in grades 5 – 6, and Cora Hoffschneider in grades 7 – 8. The Spelling Bee will be held at the Seward Civic Center with grades 3 – 4 at 8:45 A.M., grades 5 – 6 at 10:30 A.M. and grades 7 – 8 at 12:45 P.M.

Christmas in July Needs: We are short quite a lot of supplies for our “Christmas in July” boxes. Please donate any of the following items; Coloring book, Crayons (24 count box), Plastic or rubber ball (tennis ball is okay), Stuffed animal (Beanie Baby size – Beanie Baby is okay), 1 toy per box – Doll for girls age 2 – 7, Wheeled toy for boys age 2 – 7(no combat vehicles),1 jump rope, 1 lip balm (non-liquid), 1 hair clip or bow for girls age 8 – 12, Deflated soccer ball and small pump for boys age 8 – 12, New toothbrush – in package, 1 pair new socks, non packaged (gender and age appropriate), 1 pair new underwear, non packaged (gender and age appropriate), 1 T-shirt gender and age appropriate (nonmilitary; non offensive), Stickers (age appropriate – non offensive) Please, no additions, deletions, or substitutions. Do not add money, photos, or personal notes.

Silent Auction: We are in need of help contacting Seward and York businesses for the Silent Auction on March 1. If you can help by taking a letter explaining our silent auction to businesses in either York or Seward to solicit their support, please visit with Mr. Brauer. Thanks!



Our Prayer Ministry families for this week are

Curtis and Rachel Saunders and their children Abby, Cambria, and Will; and Todd and Natalie Schmieding and their children Nora, Joel, and Louis. Please keep these families and our school staff in your prayers this week.

We also pray for missionaries; Mindy Thews in Taiwan and Roger and Amy James in the Philippines.

We pray for Kyle Nichols, son of Haylea Nichols who has been hospitalized for a high fever. May God grant healing to all.


Valentine Adventure time is here!

The K – 2 grades are putting together some wonderful entertainment which will follow the Windsor loin dinner. The date is February 5th, at 5:59 P.M. Get you tickets now and support our students and our school while enjoying an evening of fun. Tickets may be purchased from Mrs. Luebbe or Miss Gardels. Ticket sales will end January 27th, don’t miss
